As a consequence of Covid-19 impacting our business income, we have made arrangements to close our Parramatta office. Our staff have predominantly worked from home since February-March last year, so as a client, you will experience no difference to the service we provide.

SINGLE TOUCH PAYROLL NEWS

PrimeWorks have been busily corresponding with the ATO over the past 5 months, working on ensuring our Payroll Solution will be Single Touch Payroll compliant from 1 July 2018. Click here to read an update.

WE HAVE MOVED!!!

Due to Commercial Development opportunities in Parramatta, our home for the past 5 year at Phillip St is being demolished and developed into a massive 50+ floor residential tower and 25 floor QT-operated Boutique Hotel. We subsequently have had to relocate and found suitable premises 2 blocks north in Church St, Parramatta. We are now just 2 blocks walk from BusNSW.

SHIFTS & ROSTERS NEWS

The .NET Shifts and Rosters has been rolled out & is commercially available. The system has a built in Award Interpreter (based on the NSW TWU Award) which comes standard with the system. For any prospective new clients with an EBA or different award, additional (customized) programming will be necessary, if you wish to integrate the system with the .NET PrimeWorks Payroll.

The system also has a ‘Driver Monitoring’ option available, which enables operations to see driver and vehicle allocations of each shift (and Charter for clients using our .NET Charters) in chronological order as they depart. Each driver is required to ‘tag on’ when they arrive for work – with warnings displayed if a driver allocated to a shift has no tagged on to work yet.

We are also busily now developing APPS (iPhone and Android) which integrate seamlessly with our .NET databases.  Anyone interested in attending our office for a demo or obtaining a quote should contact tiger@primeworks.com.au

DEMO ACCESS

We also now have a DEMO DATABASE on our portal and can create/give trial access to interested parties for a limited time. This is a great way for potential users to have a look at our programs in their own time and make their own assessments as to the potential value of using PrimeWorks in your business. As part of our housekeeping routine, every night, the demo database is restored back to the start, so any records created or amended by a demo user will be wiped out overnight, so there is no cause of concern that the data could be corrupted.
